REFORMER PILATES SEMI PRIVATE (2-5 PERS)

MENS SANA IN CORPORE SANO

7 Reformer Sessions + 7 Therapy Sessions: 2500 LEI

*Our Mens Sana in Corpore Sano program is guided by our therapist Alexandra Nițulescu and it is a comprehensive wellness package designed to harmonize mental and physical health.

This program includes seven semi-private Reformer Pilates sessions in our studio with our trainers paired with seven therapy sessions. Under the expert guidance of therapist Alexandra Nițulescu, participants engage in therapy sessions that address individual mental and emotional well-being. This integrated approach ensures a balanced journey towards holistic health.

Cancellation Notice

  • Clients must notify us at least 12 hours in advance if they wish to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 12 hours' notice will result in the session being marked as used and deducted from the package.

Package Validity

  • 10 sessions private or semi-private - 60 days from purchase;

  • 20 sessions private or semi-private - 90 days from purchase;

  • 30 sessions private or semi-private - 120 days from purchase.

 FAQs

  • Each class lasts between 50 and 55 minutes. Arriving late disrupts the session. Please arrive a few minutes early to ensure a smooth experience for yourself and others.

  • You can book a class by calling us or through Whatsapp: +40756231231, by email: onepilates.ro@gmail.com or by sending a message through our Contact Page Form.

  • If you need to cancel a private or semi private session, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe will result in the session being deducted from your session pack.

    If you do not have an active package, failure to cancel within the specified timeframe will result in being charged in advance for your next session.

    If you book a demo session and don’t cancel within 12 hours before the start time — and don’t show up — your next demo session must be paid in advance to secure your spot.

    We value your time and ours, and this helps us keep things running smoothly for everyone.

  • Our session packs have specific validity periods to encourage regular attendance and consistency.

    • The 10-session pack is valid for 60 days.

    • The 20-session pack is valid for 90 days.

    • The 30-session pack is valid for 120 days from the date of purchase.
      Please ensure you utilize your sessions within the designated timeframe.

  • At the moment bookings open only one week ahead. To secure your preferred class time and instructor, we strongly recommend booking your appointments directly in the studio, or by Whatsapp +40756 231 231. This helps us ensure proper scheduling and allows us to accommodate your needs effectively.

  • The sessions you purchase are exclusively for your own use and cannot be transferred to another individual. Each client must have their own session pack.

  • Be punctual, follow the instructor’s directions, and respect the space of others.

  • Talking during class, using your phone, or not following the instructor’s guidance may disrupt others.

  • Wear clean, comfortable workout attire. Avoid heavy scents to respect others in the class. Special Grip Socks are required for your own safety!

  • Yes, we provide designated storage spaces, but we recommend leaving valuables at home. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, so please take care of your belongings.

  • Inform the instructor during your first class or if there are updates to your condition. Report any injuries, chronic conditions, or recent surgeries that may affect your participation.

  • That’s okay! Our instructors will guide you and ensure a welcoming experience. We’re fun!

  • Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice.

  • Stay consistent, keep an open mind, and enjoy the process of learning and growing.
