My passion for movement started from the need to find balance between the fast pace of urban life, maintaining health, and creating moments of genuine relaxation. Drawn to the energy and motivation of group fitness and Pilates classes, I began exploring and integrating them into my lifestyle, later completing structured training programs with a focus on quality and progress.

With over 15 years of personal experience in different sports, I took the natural step towards professionalization, becoming a certified Group Fitness and Pilates instructor, graduating from accredited schools in Romania. This choice came from my desire to deepen my knowledge, continuously improve, and share this passion with others.

Today, I define my style through group fitness and athletic Pilates, adapting each class to the needs of my participants. Athletic Pilates, in my vision, is a dynamic extension of the classical method, blending core principles with functional and sports-inspired movements. It strengthens both deep stabilizing muscles and surface ones, balancing dynamic work with isometric control.

While group fitness develops strength, endurance, and coordination, athletic Pilates adds balance, stability, and precision—key for injury prevention, recovery, and performance.

My vision is to create a welcoming yet motivating space, where movement is approached with joy, respect for the body, and openness to growth. I also support a balanced lifestyle that includes mindful nutrition, connection with nature, and a positive mindset.

I strongly believe patience and consistency are the foundation of transformation. Constant practice brings real and lasting results—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Irina Cetverousov

I have always been a kinetic person, drawn to a wide range of activities—from swimming and tennis to jogging, ballet, skiing, and surfing. My first encounter with Pilates was through a YouTube video in 2006, but it wasn’t until I attended my first in-person class in 2017 that I truly fell in love—with my very first exhale! What I love most about Pilates is its versatility: it can be gentle and therapeutic for the spine or intense and targeted for specific muscles, but it’s never boring.

I also appreciate how it demands complete presence, engaging both body and mind. The concentration required to coordinate breath and movement leaves no room for distractions—no time to wonder, for instance, what to cook for dinner, haha!

I have been a dedicated student for over seven years, and as a perfectionist, I always sought to understand the "why" and "how" behind every exercise rather than just the "what." This curiosity led me to take the next step in 2023, when I became a certified instructor. Throughout my varied careers—whether as a teacher, makeup artist, or project manager—I’ve always enjoyed working with people, so becoming a Pilates instructor felt like a natural progression.

I firmly believe that everything we do in life builds on the skills we acquire along the way, bringing us to where we’re meant to be. Now, I’m thrilled to share my love for Pilates with those who join my classes. But fair warning: in my book, a great class leaves participants shaking by the end!

Alexandra Minghiuș

Under the guidance of Alexandra Minghiuș, we explore a form of movement that has the power to transform us physically, mentally, and spiritually. At the studio, we work with the reformer, either individually or in groups, through personalized exercises designed to help us understand and harness the potential of our bodies as valuable resources aligned with our personal goals.

Each day, you will observe your movement patterns and, through the exploration of new ones, consciously choose alternative approaches. This process not only frees your body but also releases recurring thoughts and emotions. Why? Because when we address the body, we also engage the mind and the nervous system.

Alexandra Minghiuș brings a rich and diverse background to her classes. Trained as a psychologist, she is also a certified aerobic and fitness instructor with accreditations recognized by Romania’s Ministry of Education and Ministry of Labor, as well as European professional associations. Her expertise spans group workouts, including aerobics, functional training, step, and active dance, alongside 10 years of experience in personal training.

Adding Pilates apparatus training, such as the reformer and wunda chair, to her repertoire has further deepened her understanding of movement. These machines are specifically designed to stabilize and tone the entire body. The reformer, in particular, helps develop strong, flexible muscles while working the joints in depth. The results? A more resilient, well-coordinated, balanced, and flexible body.

Roxana Petre

I was 16 when I discovered Pilates, and I've been practicing ever since. But it was the pandemic that made me realize how transformative movement can be - not only for the body, but also for the mind. Watching people return to themselves through movement, finding a safe space on the mat, where they could breathe and be present, inspired me to guide others on this path too.

Certified in classical Pilates matwork & apparatus, and stretching, I strongly believe Pilates isn't just exercise - it's a philosophy that can weave into every part of your daily life.

In my classes, you'll discover how these principles can transform your practice, so you can experience real life benefits: better posture in daily activities, reduced tension and pain, more confidence in how you move, and a deeper connection to your own body. Because true strength comes from within, and movement is the bridge that connects us to it.

I firmly believe Pilates is for everyone, regardless of age, shape, gender, or fitness level. Whether you lead an active lifestyle, you’re just beginning, are recovering from an injury, or are simply curious to experience new forms of training, I'm here to help create a practice that fits your needs.
